The PdR 125 Certification, developed in collaboration with public and private organizations, is framed in Italy’s commitment to promoting gender equality and inclusive workplaces. Furthermore, it aligns with the Italian National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) and the EU’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.
The certification provides a measurable framework for improving gender equality practices, evaluating companies across six major areas: Culture and Strategy, Governance, HR Processes, Opportunities for Growth and Inclusion, Equal Pay for Equal Work, and Support for Parenthood.
