Ensuring an effective, agile, and integrated compliance system is paramount for OverIT. To this end, corporate policies and procedures make up the Organization, Management, and Control Framework (“OMC Framework”), a governance model aimed at preventing illegal activities.
To guarantee that business management aligns with regulatory and international certification standards, OverIT’s OMC Framework is founded on a set of key policies aimed at ensuring that business activities are carried out ethically, transparently, and responsibly.
Anyone who becomes aware of violations (alleged or confirmed) of OverIT’s OMC Framework and Code of Ethics can report them through a secure digital channel or via the Italian National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) channel.
