OverIT Academy is our training program that provides all tools required to let our resources grow their career. The program and the topics addressed allow to increase the professionalism, market understanding and leadership skills. Our mission is to train the next generation of IT professionals.
The first months in the company are essential to build a bond of trust and mutual involvement. To make them feel special, we have built a four-stage path, with the aim of meeting new colleagues, introducing them to the corporate culture, exchanging opinions and questions, getting involved. During this journey, each “new joiner” has a “buddy” at his side, who will be the first point of reference to turn to when addressing doubts and difficulties.
