OverIT has proudly obtained the Italian Certification (UNI/PdR 125:2022) for Gender Equality and Equal Opportunity, underscoring its commitment to fostering a fair working environment.
This milestone follows a comprehensive evaluation by the accredited certification body DNV Italia, targeting OverIT’s people management processes and gender equality efforts. It also complements the company’s 2024 achievements, including the SA 8000 certification for Social Accountability earned at the beginning of last year.
The PdR 125 Certification, developed in collaboration with public and private organizations, is framed in Italy’s commitment to promoting gender equality and inclusive workplaces. Furthermore, it aligns with the Italian National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) and the EU’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.
The certification provides a measurable framework for improving gender equality practices, evaluating companies across six major areas: Culture and Strategy, Governance, HR Processes, Opportunities for Growth and Inclusion, Equal Pay for Equal Work, and Support for Parenthood.
